Two milk chocolate chunk cookies sandwiched together with a sweet vanilla frosting and filled with pistachio spread and raspberry jam. We’ve then topped it with a layer of pistachio spread and scattered white chocolate & raspberry pieces!

Ingredients

Baking butter: vegetable oils (rapeseed, palm), water, BUTTERMILK (7.5%), emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, mono- & diglycerides of fatty acids) salt, natural flavouring (contain MILK) citric acid, vitamins (A,D), colour (carotenes).
Light brown sugar (100% cane). EGGS. Vanilla essence: water, monopropylene glycol, colour (Caramel E150a), flavourings. Plain flour: (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, niacin, thiamin). Cocoa powder. Salt. Bicarbonate of soda: sodium hydrogen carbonate. Baking Powder: raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; rice flour. Milk Chocolate chunks: Sugar, whole (MILK) powder, cocoa butter, Cocoa mass, Whey powder (MILK) skimmed (MILK) powder, emulsifiers: (SOYA) lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. White chocolate spread: sugar, vegetable fats (Palm, Shea kernel), sweet WHEY powder (15%), skimmed MILK powder (5%), emulsifier (lecithins). Vanilla Frosting: Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Palm, Rapeseed), Water, Glucose Syrup, Fully Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Rapeseed, Palm), Skimmed MILK Powder, Flavouring, Emulsifier (Polysorbate 60), Preservative (Potassium sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Disodium phosphate). Pistachio spread: sugar, highly stable non-hydrogenated palm oleic fat, dry WHEY powder, skimmed MILK powder, PISTACHIO paste (15%), fully hydrogenated fractionated palm kernel oil (lauric oil) based cocoa butter substitute (CBS), emulsifier – E322 (sunflower lecithin), additives – E492 sorbitan tristearate from vegetable fat, colours – E100, E141. Raspberry jam: water, fruit jam, sugar, glucose syrup, modified starch (E1442), glycerine, lemon puree, colourants (E163), thickening agent (E460, E466), acidulant (E334), flavour, salt, preservative (E202), may contain traces of HAZELNUTS).
