Refund Policy

We understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an order, however as we deal with food produce, and cannot resell or reverse any orders made, refunds can only be made under very specific circumstances.

All issues must be raised within 12 hours of receiving your item, or within 12 hours of the item being marked as delivered.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 12 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Slight damage will not be an acceptable return circumstance, as our food products may get slightly damaged during transit. Send us an image of the packaging and contents and we can evaluate the condition. If we deem the condition to be damaged beyond reasonable, we will raise this with the courier.

If your product is lost or was stated as "delivered" on tracking but you have not received it, please let us know as soon as possible and we can raise this issue with our courier. If the claim isn't accepted or fulfilled, Herbies Bakes is not responsible for the lost, damaged or undelivered goods.
