Shipping policy

As your order is being freshly made to order, please bear in mind this can take up to 3 working days to dispatch from the date your order was placed. (this can be subject to change).

 

• We ship our items via a courier service, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier
• Please CHECK your email confirmation carefully, ensuring all important details such as house number, postcode & spellings are correct. We cannot be held responsible for any mis-delivery due to incorrect information given once your parcel has left us. If corrections need to be made this can be done up to 48hrs after ordering.
• If you are not going to be at the shipping address our courier will be advised to leave in a ‘safe place’.
