Baking butter: vegetable oils (rapeseed, palm), water, BUTTERMILK (7.5%), emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, mono- & diglycerides of fatty acids) salt, natural flavouring (contain MILK) citric acid, vitamins (A,D), colour (carotenes). Caster sugar (100% cane). Plain flour: (WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, nicotinamide, niacin, thiamin), calcium carbonate (E170). Vanilla buttercream: Unsalted butter. Minimum 82% milk fat. Icing sugar: Icing Sugar, Anti-Caking Agent: Tricalcium Phosphate. Water. Raspberry jam: Sugar, Raspberry, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate). May contain TREE NUTS & PEANUTS
