Butter: unsalted, min. 80% milk fat (MILK). Light brown sugar (100% cane). EGGS. Vanilla essence: water, monopropylene glycol, colour (Caramel E150a), flavourings. Plain flour: (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, niacin, thiamin). Cocoa powder. Salt. Bicarbonate of soda: sodium hydrogen carbonate. Baking Powder: raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; rice flour. Milk Chocolate Chunks: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, skimmed MILKpowder, whole MILK powder, anhydrous MILK fat, emulsifier (E322 (sunflower)), natural vanilla flavouring. Speculoos: speculoos biscuits: (WHEAT flour, candy sugar, vegetable oil (palm, canola), raw cane sugar, soyflour, invert sugar, sodium hydrogen carbonate, cinnamon, nutmeg), vegetable fats (coleseed oil, palm), sugar, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin). Lotus Biscuit sandwich biscuits: WHEAT flour, sugar, vegetable oils (Palm, rapeseed) candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), SOYA flour, salt, cinnamon, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), palm oil from sustainable and certified plantations. Lotus Biscoff crumb: WHEAT flour, sugar, vegetable oil, palm oil from a sustainable source, rapeseed oil, candy sugar syrup, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate), SOYA flour, salt, cinnamon.
