Ingredients

: unsalted, min. 80% milk fat (MILK). Light brown sugar (100% cane). Granulated white sugar (100% cane). EGGS. Vanilla essence: water, monopropylene glycol, colour (Caramel E150a), flavourings. Plain flour: (WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, niacin, nicotinamide, thiamin). Bicarbonate of soda: sodium hydrogen carbonate. Baking Powder: raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; rice flour. White chocolate chunks: sugar cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavour, LACTOSE. (May contain SOYA). Lemon curd: sugar, water, lemon juice from concentrate (8%), maize starch, palm oil, dried EGG, rapeseed oil, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, acidity regulator (trisodium citrate), lemon oil, colour (beta-carotene), antioxidant (ascorbic acid). Yellow colour: glycerol E422, colour: E102, emulsifier & stabiliser: lecithin E322. Lemon flavour: Ethanol, natural oil of lemon, water. White Chocolate drops: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier (E322 SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavour. Meringue: sugar, pasteurised EGG white. Jelly lemon: sugar, glucose syrup, water EGG white, gelling agent (pectin E440), acidulant (citric acid E330), acidity regulators (nitrium citrate E331), flavouring, colour (curcumin)
