Our classic milk chocolate chunk cookie filled with a smooth, lemon curd and topped with a white chocolate spread and scattered with chunks of meringue.

Ingredients

Light brown sugar (100% cane). Granulated white sugar (100% cane). EGG. Vanilla essence: water, monopropylene glycol, colour (Caramel E150a), flavourings. Plain flour: (WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, nicotinamide, niacin, thiamin), calcium carbonate (E170). Corn flour: maize starch 100%. Bicarbonate of soda: sodium hydrogen carbonate. Salt. Milk Chocolate chunks: Sugar, whole (MILK) powder, cocoa butter, Cocoa mass, Whey powder (MILK) skimmed (MILK) powder, emulsifiers: (SOYA) lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Lemon curd: Sugar, Water, Lemon Juice from Concentrate (8%), Palm Oil, Dried EGG, Rapeseed Oil, Maize Starch, Acid (Citric Acid), Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Trisodium Citrate), Lemon Oil, Colour (Beta-Carotene), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid). White chocolate spread: sugar, vegetable fats (Palm, Shea kernel), sweet WHEY powder (15%), skimmed MILK powder (5%), emulsifier (lecithins). White Chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier (E322 (SOYA)), vanilla extract. Yellow colour: Glycerol: E422; canola oil; colour: E102; emulsifiers: E322, E433, E102, may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Meringue: Sugar, Pasteurised EGG White.
