Golden, oaty flapjack covered with our homemade caramel sprinkled with freeze dried raspberry pieces. To finish we’ve covered the top with a thick wedge of pistachio spread and scattered chopped pistachios and freeze dried raspberry pieces.

Ingredients

Flapjack - Butter: unsalted, min. 80% milk fat (MILK). Light brown sugar (100% cane). Golden syrup: partially inverted refiners syrup. Mornflakes OATFLAKES (100%). White chocolate chunks: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavour, LACTOSE. (May contain SOYA). Caramel: Butter: unsalted, min. 80% milk fat (MILK). Caster sugar (100% cane). Golden syrup: partially inverted refiners syrup. Sweetened condensed milk: contains a minimum of 8% milk fat & 20% milk solids not fat – whole cow MILK, sugar, skimmed MILK. Freeze dried raspberry pieces (100%). Pistachio spread: sugar, highly stable non-hydrogenated palm oleic fat, dry WHEY powder, skimmed MILK powder, PISTACHIO paste (10%), fully hydrogenated fractionated palm kernel oil (lauric oil) based cocoa butter substitute (CBS), emulsifier; E322 (SOYA lecithin), additives – E492 sorbitan tristearate from vegetable fat, colours E100, E141. White Chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier (E322 (SOYA)), vanilla extract. Chopped PISTACHIO NUTS.
