Our signature Blondie, smothered with a smooth raspberry jam and creamy white chocolate and rolled into a traditional roll. We’ve then covered in white chocolate and topped it with dried raspberries, curls of white chocolate and a sprigg of fondant holly!

Serves approx. 6/8 ppl (depending on how big you like your slices)

Raspberry Jam: glucose-frutose syrup, raspberry puree, sugar, citric acid, gelling agent (Pectin), acidity regulator (sodium citrate).
